On January 5, 2022, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp was joined by state lawmakers and representatives from GA2A to announce their support of “permitless carry” in Georgia.
This legislation is included in GA2A’s “Shield the 2nd” agenda for the 2022 Legislative Session, which begins on January 10.
