The House Judiciary Committee will vote on HB 568 – “Absolute Custodial Responsibility” – this Thursday, March 2, and we need your help to ensure favorable passage!
HB 568 states that a person, business, or entity that owns or legally controls a property and prohibits a lawful firearm carrier from possessing a firearm on such property must assume absolute custodial responsibility for the safety of such lawful firearm carrier if something happens to them.
