The lifetime membership fee is $625.

Need a payment plan?
For those that cannot pay for the Lifetime membership as one full price, we have a Lifetime Membership Payment Plan so that you can pay for it over the course of 1 year. To start the payment plan, make your initial payment of $125. Then $125 will be due every 3 months, with a total payoff in 1 year.

If you are paying for more than one member, add this item with your member number to the shopping cart. Then, come back here and add this item again with their member number to the shopping cart. When you checkout your cart should look like this.
