Today is April 4, sine die. This is the day that all bills are passed, defeated or die where they are. We need you help to get SB 259 to the Governor’s Desk for his signature.
SB 259 is currently in the House waiting for a floor vote. It will be a very tight vote if it passes. If SB 259 passes a floor vote, it will go to the Senate for the Senate to agree, disagree or agree and amend. We need you to contact your Representative Immediately, urging them to yea on SB 259! Once you have contacted your Representative, please contact your Senator urging them to vote yea to agree to SB259. We need to pour on the heat and get this bill moved.
