In response to a letter from GCO attorneys, the City of Kennesaw has agreed to repeal its ban of carrying within city parks. The city agrees with GCO that the ordinance is preempted by state law, and thanks GCO for bringing the matter to its attention. The reply from Kennesaw’s attorneys may be viewed here:
